Tammy Ross-Stern, Certified Public Accountant

Tammy Ross-Stern is the owner and principal of Ross-Stern & Associates. Her practice emphasizes tax and accounting. She has 25 plus years of experience specializing in financial accounting, business valuations, litigation support services, mergers and acquisitions, and taxation of all entities, from small businesses to large public corporations.

Tammy has successfully represented many taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service, the California Franchise Tax Board, and the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA). She has also been effective in negotiating taxes and penalties with the government.

In addition, Tammy has substantial tax planning and preparation experience for large corporations, high net worth individuals, fiduciary entities, partnerships and limited liability companies. She has valued the cash flow streams and assets of businesses and product lines, specializing in small business ventures.

Tammy has utilized her accounting and taxation skills to successfully manage audit teams working on quarterly and annual SEC filings for publicly traded companies. She has an extensive background in the preparation of supporting evidence materials for litigation. Tammy is qualified as an expert witness and has testified successfully in numerous cases.

Tammy has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Accounting Theory and Practice from California State University, Northridge.

Ellen I. Mestetsky

With a background of more than 20 years in financial accounting, management consulting, tax planning, and preparation, Ellen Mestetsky has worked with high net worth individuals in a wide range of industries. She has years of experience with all aspects of accounting, including organizing financial activities for numerous clients, as well as preparation of income, payroll, and sales tax returns. In addition, Ellen has helped many clients obtain SBA loans. 

Along with her accounting experience, Ellen has managed a multi-office vocational college with a sizable staff, regularly dealing with the U.S. Department of Education and other government agencies.

Ellen has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Accounting Theory, and Practice from California State University, Northridge. She is also fluent in the Russian language.
